 My husband and I lived in these apartments for almost a year. Now the apartment itself is brand new. It is the enviroment of the area that I dont recomend. The mangers are very rude they make rules but dont push them through. Curfew for under the age of 18 is 10 but yet at midnight there are still kids playing loudly in the streets. Fire alarms are constently pulled by the children with no repercussions from mangement. For us the rent started out at about 575.00 with in 2 months it was raised about $50 for no aparent reason and with no explanation. Basicly what we did not know is that these are lowincome apartments therefore parking is hard do to partys, cars are vandalized ours has already been dented 3 times. I would not recomend this apartment to any self respecting person or if you are trying to raise a child this place is not for you.
