| Recent Review: | | Currently my fiance and I have lived in Bentley Green for the past 7 months.There have been multiple arrests and letters disseminated to the community for females to be careful particulary in this area (due to 2 rapes).We have had nothing but issues with our apartment and management has done very little to rectify any of our issues until we have sent legal complaints to the Maintenance office.I have found management to be non-compliant and careless in handling any issues brought to thier attention.My suggestion is to NOT rent from this complex. |

| Recent Review: | | i have lived here for almost 3 painful years, the only reason why that has happened is that the front office has changed hands over 4 times that they never relay the information from manager to manager and things never get done.So with that i have negotiated my rent down to below $800.00 for the nice 2 bedroom apartment with two months free.The crappy things about this place is that there is only one dumpster here for everyone, i have to go over 24 speed bumps every day, there is was nothing but college kids living in my building, NO PARKING, if you get the balls enough to park near the grass because it is raining and 12 a.m. they will leave a huge florecent yellow sticker on your window saying they will tow you, the office hours suck (9-5 m-sat) then only till noon on sunday, i have had two packaged given to other people from the front desk, hot tub never works, gate never works and when they said that it was going to work they demanded that my girlfriend had to buy a $50.00 card and put her name on the lease just to gain access to the grounds, no one in the front office has any personality, and god forbid you have to get ahold of someone after hours 9 times out of 10 they never get the message.Well other than that it isnt that terribly bad i have been stuck here for this long but only bcause of the right price. |

| Recent Review: | | The management is very disorganized it takes a very long time to get something fixed. I wanted a bigger place so they offered me a two bedroom. First it took forever for them to finally type up the lease. Finally when they did type up the lease they had the wrong month, then when I was finally ready to move out they had leased the apartment to someone else after I had already signed the lease. The person was already living in the apartment and I was out of luck. Enough was enough I had to move out and they had no choice but to let me out of my lease. I definitely do not recommend living here! |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived in the complex for a year. My lease is up...and I'm moving! The staff for the most part was friendly and helpful with the exception of one (very standoffish and will speak to you like you are an idiot). I didn't have any problems in my unit so I was happy about that. Other than the fact that at walkthru the place seemed fine...but after I got in and started putting my stuff around...I don't believe they ever painted the unit before I moved in. There were dirt smudges and places on the wall that was spackled but never painted over.There were problems with the lights in the parking lot...being that they never seemed to work. Also the sprinkler system for the yard was not the best..with broken sprinkler heads the water was never able to seep in to the ground and created sitting water in the yards making it hard to walk your dog without them getting soaking wet. This was a maintenance problem (in that it just didn't get fixed). I'm sure the heads would break due to lawn mowers riding over them and busting them off. It always seemed like there was never enough parking in that all the spaces were gone unless you parked way far out...and then the parking lot lights didn't work so it made the walk at night all that much worse and farther away. Trash in the parking areas and breezeways. Embarrasing to bring friends over because of it. The $ for the unit wasn't bad if you get it on a special....but eventually the rate will go up and then seems somewhat high. I guess one just has to realize that there will be something that one doesn't like everywhere you go. You just take your chances! |

| Recent Review: | | We have lived here for almost 7 months now and we like it because the staff is friendly and the apartments are nice. The two things that we have complaints about is the lighting in the parking lots and we noticed when we first came to look at the apartments that they used to be gated. We would love it even more if it was still gated. Neighbors are really nice except for a few grouches! so maybe a little more security and Lighting. Overall very nice place to live |
