| Recent Review: | | I lived in this complex for less than a year because it was so completely awful, i had to find another place.The staff was rude and didn't care about the tenants.The apt was a disaster when i first moved in and the staff refused to fix anything until i wrote to corporate.There are bugs everywhere and the walls are so thin i could hear people yelling and vacuuming next door.The gate to the complex was always broken.And if you have kids, there's a registered sex offender living in this neighborhood.The location blows too because rush hour on baymeadows road is terrible!!!! The only plus to this place was, I never had trouble parking in front of my building. woop te doo DONT LIVE HERE! |

| Recent Review: | | Management does not respond to complaints.If you have a noisy neighbor, they tell you to call the police.They do nothing about the problem.Parking is a problem.An efficiency apartment had one tenant that was babysitting for 4 kids which were very noisy and it went on until 1:00am daily.Management did nothing.Druggie types moved in.I moved out.Not recommended unless you are desparate. |

| Recent Review: | | Every problem was a MAJOR problem. Nearly every appliance had to be replaced or repaired within the first couple months of residency. The master bath had plumbing problems in the toilet that lasted for four months. I was locked out of my apartment several nights in a row when the gate shorted out. There was and is a pest problem. Many neighbors have pets and the smell of feces permeates the air. Garbage is unsightly and the pool/hot tub areas are not cleaned regularly.Office staff is unhelpful and not authorized to do much of anything except refer you from superior to superior, and the higher you get up the ladder, the more you will be brushed off. |

| Recent Review: | | Nia Terrace has gotten a bad reputation but I personally don't blame the management. Instead I blame some of the residence. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment is really nice, and if the people who stayed here didn'tbring down there own neighborhood, the apartment community would be just as nice. New management has takn over and are making several attempts to make the community a place where anyone would be proud to say they live, but because of laws which seem to help bad tenants, it will take a while. All in all it is a pretty nice community. |

If you want to live in the ghetto than this is your place but for those of you who do not want to, please do yourself a favor and do not move in here. I made the mistake of moving here and I am regretting it so badly. please learn from my mistakes. I moved to the area and needed a place for my pregnant wife so she could start getting her pre-natal care. We looked at this place from the road and thought not too bad we went online to for rent.com and it gave good ratings and looked decent. We went in and talked to the leasing manager Gretta or so she said she was. She took us to see what the apartment would look like and showed us an apartment that was fully furnished well lit well decorated and had the homelike feeling. Boy was I mistaken by assuming that they all looked that good unfurnished i even made the mistake to assume that i would move into a clean apartment. We were handed the keys to move into that night because the place was ready to move into. Wrong again. We pulled up to the place and the carpeters were still there they were outside rolling the carpet out face down in the street to cut it to measures this should have given me a clue of how the place was going to be. we waited till 6pm to see the apartment we were given the keys at 3pm. when they finally left and we had finally seen the place we were appauled about the shape of the place. the paint on the walls was not finished. the celing fan in the living room had paint so thick on it along with dust that it would make a normal person sick. the place had mildew and mold about 1/4 inch thick covering about half of the windows on the inside. the kitchen had dirty dishes scattered all over. the stove had more food on it than it did not. the oven inside had food still inside nasty and rotten so did the refrigerator. under the stove in the storage bin there was about an inch thick of grease. the kitchen sink had drywall and paint in it along with more dishes. the refrigerator had rotten food in it expired about 3 months before. the bathroom was not much better there was more pubic hair around the toilet and in the tub than there is hair on my head. the tub was also filled with drywall and broken glass. the mirror you could not see your self in because there was a film on it that thick. the stand up shower in the master bedroom was covered in mold and mildew so thick that i thought that they were growing grass or something in there. this is only a part of how the place looked. we were so pissed off we stormed up to the management office and luckily they were still there. i pounded on the door till they came and they greeted me with a |
