| Recent Review: | | I moved in here because they had a special and it seemed like a nice area to live. Wow everything seemed great until I went into the bathroom and saw the air vent clogged. I mean as soon as I turned on the bathroom fan dust and dirt fell, this was move in day. After one month of living here there was mold on the windows, I mean they tell you to run the air conditioner all the time but that didnt seem to help. How can mold build up in just one month of living here, bad ventilation. As for quit concrete construction, no way, I had to sleep in my living room sometimes because I can hear my neighbor yelling. That concrete story is false, I mean you can hear everything. The worst part is the main entrance the concrete walk way on both sides are cracked I mean bad, so what will happen will it goes into the driving entrance.Worst apartment I have ever lived in, bad maintenance and extremely bad management! |

| Recent Review: | | This place has gotten so ghetto. I have lived there almost a year now, and the gates have worked once a month for 2 hours til some idiot rams thru them. My car has been broken into. The office said its not our fault, ours have not been broke into at all. Umm I dont care about your cars I care about mine. I got harrassed at the mailboxes by guys demanding cigarettes from me and saying dont worry we are not going to kidnap you. Do not raise your kids in this horrible environment. Trash is always overflowing. The have changed the staff three times within the past year. That says something right there. The office girls are like a bunch of circus clowns. They dont know what they are doing, but smoking all day! |

| Recent Review: | | The management at this complex is far better than any other complex I have ever lived in.I have lived at 6 different apartments before this one.I have been really impressed with these guys.However, the buildings are poorly designed, and noise is a really big problem here.You may have cars parking just a few feet outside your bedroom window, or you might have doors opening and closing just on the other side of your bedroom.I wish I had considered these things before signing a lease.Also, I feel like I'm living in a ghetto at times.I see teenagers hiding out near the perimiter smoking dope at night, and I often hear people screaming in the parking lot at night fighting with eachother.Then I'll hear squealing tires blazing away from the conflict.I pay a premium for this apartment, and I really wish I didn't have these kinds of things going on in my community.All in all, it's a decent place, but the noise is certainly a problem and many of the residents are bothersome and even make me feel unsafe at times.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who sleeps lightly, or anyone with small children who is worried about ongoing criminal activity happening within the gates of your own community. |

| Recent Review: | | Summer Oak has been a great place to live.The new manager who came around christmas has been the best.I am leaving due to a death in my family but I will be returning here.The neighborhood around it is falling but that new manager has really taken control of it. |

| Recent Review: | | This is the most horrible place I have ever lived. I found cat fesses and dog urine all over the apartment when I moved in. I didnt get new carpeting for a month. Pipes from the neighbors upstairs began to break every week. Matinence would not fix anything. Then I get carjacked at the mailbox inside the gates. The complex manager does not care and will not let you out of your lease or move you to a different apartment know matter what has happened. I would never recommend anyone living in these apartments. The crime is getting bad!!!!Current Resident. |

| Recent Review: | | Tivoli is going Condo and I would highly suggest that you do not buy there.They have done work on every Baraldi style apartment and after seeing the extensive damage along with the lack of making all the repairs necessary, the damage they are leaving behind is unbelieveable.It is merely a patch job.Buyer beware! |
