| Recent Review: | | When I moved into these apartments I was very happy. At the time we had a very good manager and she did everything to make it a great place. After she left the apartments went downhill. We had constant problems with employees coming in and out of the apartments without notice, and the only way we would know they were there is if we came home and caught them in the apartments. Some residents started having items missing. The current landlord is very uneducated and unprofessional. She has ridiculous ways of supplementing her income. For example if they "claim" your garbage fell out of the dumpster theycharge $40 for it, $20 to open your door if you are locked out even during regular business hours. I had many problems while living here.I would not recommend anyone moving here. For the money you pay you can find many other apartments in Arlington within the same price range with much more to offer, and none of the problems. When I moved out the remodeled my apartment and are trying to hold me financially responsible for it. It is terrible. Renter beware. |

| Recent Review: | | This Pllace is a beautiful place to live i feel it is quiet at nights maitnance is quick on the call and knows what they are doing. The Maitnance manager is a wonderful person he is friendly and has done what he has been doing for many years, the community overall is very friendly everybody knows eachother. |

| Recent Review: | | I have just moved into my apartment and was very disappointed. I was charged for a lake view and all I can see is the algea on the small corner of the lake. My couter tops have holes, cutting marks and alot of stains all over. My dishwasher hinge is broken, with rust all over the bottom and leaks water. No water pressure in the guest bathroom and to much water pressure in the master bath. The water tank makes a horrible noise when you turn on water. The carpet was never clean and has an enormous amout of cat hair all over. All of this should have been fixed before anyone moved in. The leasing office gives you the runaround when you complain. The apartment is not worth the amount of money you pay. I am very unsatisfied!!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Maintenance is slow and subpar at fixing any problems. Had leaking roof for over one year, instead of fixing the problem, the temporarily fix it, and the leak returns after a week. The maintenance crew is uneducated at best as far as repair work and simple tasks to do. The management team in the office is slow to get problems resoved and always have excuses when tenants need help when problems arise, especially on the weekends. We used to enjoy living here, but the service from the maintenance and management has went downhill quickly just within the last couple of months. Their priorities are putting up carports right now, instead of fixing the the drainage problem they have right in the middle of residents call "Lake Woods" which literally floods up to two feet of water, which you cannot get in or out of for at least a day. The rent is cheap, the residents are nice, but everything else about this complex is horrible. If you got something broken, you better fix it yourself. I don not reccommend this place to anybody. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is horrible, the apartments are spacious and cheap, but believe me, you get your moneys worth. in less than a year my a/c broke twice once for 2 wks once for a month, someone hit the side of my car and fled, later someone broke in my car, my tub leaks into the ceiling below,my toilet was broken and over flowing by a plumber working next door in the middle of the night, my sinks are always backing up, I had to wait a month to get cable installed even though its advertised pre-wired. A temp stole a bottle out of my liquor cabinet (caught red handed). Pizza wont deliver here. Management has changed three times and there is no 24 hour maintenance answering service. I am sill waiting on repairs I requested when I moved in. Too bad I dont have all day to tell you the rest... |
