| Recent Review: | | I highly recommend staying away from this complex.The place doesn't look bad on the surface but the management here is terrible.The complex has 2 pools, laundry, gym, etc. but you never get to use them on weekends because maintenance never comes to open them.They are supposed to open them in the morning on weekends but haven't done so in quite some time and complaining does no good.This place has recently been sold and now little to no maintenance is being done.The transition was terrible and the new company is even worse than the old company.Please do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. |

| Recent Review: | | Deposit keepers for sure. kept appx. $900 from us. Going to court. charge extra for pets per pound per month. charge extra for gym. charged one resident to upgrade from plastic to wrought iron fencing. Mold grows inside apartments. One wall is rotting around window following leakage from hurricanes last year. Is located by an electrical outlet. Several bikes stolen in area. Some fights occurred during our stay. |

| Recent Review: | | If you like soggy floors and walls, mold, and the smell of mildew then this is the place for you. Before the hurricanes it was bad: 3rd floor shower leaked down to our first floor shower, taking a chunk of ceiling with it; water heater on 2nd floor leaked down to destroy most of what was stored in our outdoor storage space, heavy rains caused floor in a bedroom and a bathroom to get puddles. It is even worse now: one building had the ceiling fall in during one storm because it got soaked so bad and the building is now condemned. Many people all over have leak problems that were bad before become even worse now. The buildings have been horribly maintained and it shows. I have been waiting for over 2 months for my wall and carpeting in the 2nd bedroom to be replaced from all the damage done. Mold grows on the wall. Don't just walk away from here--run! |
