| Recent Review: | | This is an awesome apartment complex.When you have any problems they come fix the issue right away.They allow animals.Very friendly.They have a play ground set up for your children and a doggy run area!!It's great.You can go swimming, work out in the clubhouse, walk around the complex.It's gated so it's very nice and on the golf course.We have a 2 and half year old and she loved it there!It was a great experience.Diane is the manager and she is awesome.Very nice, bended over backwards to help us.Kim |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in these apartments for over a year and they are going down hill really quick.They are more concerned with repainting the entire complex than with repairing general things that have been out of order for months on end.Once you complain about one thing, they will nit pick and harass you until you want to leave.They raised my rent $20 after the first year and I don't even want to think what it will be if I have to renew my lease again.The maintenance people take two or three times to repair things then they leave you nasty, smart-ass notes about various things.The carpet is moldy because their crappy A/C unit leaked on it and they refused to clean or replace the carpet.The actual A/C unit is covered with black, slimy mold on the inside.I don't even want to think about what I'm breathing.The toilets barely flush correctly and the hot water via their boliers could easily scald a child.When I moved in, there was no dryer vent in my laundry room (amazing eh?) so I asked for one to be installed and it took them weeks and I had to call repeatedly.Then, when they finally did it, all they did was knock a hole in the ceiling and vent it into the attic space between the floors, not outside like it should be.Nice fire hazard!! When I first moved here, the Regency apartments next door used to make Fountain Square look bad.Now Regency has cleaned up and they are making Fountain Square look like a trashy dump.Also, they actually painted my back door shut.I complained for months that I could not open the back door and their solution was to come in and saw a piece of the door off while it was closed.They left sawdust coving practically everything in my kitchen and the door looks like crap with a huge chunk of wood missing.The people in the office are rude and obnoxious.They never answer the phone, they let the machine get it so you don't get the chance to talk to an actual person with your complaint.You leave them a message and you are lucky if they call you back.If they do, they usually have an attitude problem and end up being nasty to you.I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING INTO FOUNTAIN SQUARE!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | i would never in my ife renew my lease.They have the wrostmanagementhey lie to you just do you can move in. They tell you one thing but when you do move in it's a totally different story. Also they don't give notices like they clam they do. IF you work late night you have to park atleast 2 buildings down from where your apartment is.One night someone broke my side view mirrior and they did nothing about it And when driving through the apartment someone through eggs at my car and tey didn't do ne thing. They appear to be so nice which they are but not worth how much you pay. And when you have a problem the maintance claim they fix things but they don't. So f i was ne one please pretty please don't waste your time or money. Thank God my lease is almost up |

| Recent Review: | | This is the best place we have ever been too and we have lived in many apartments. When we first saw this place we fell in love with it. The apartment we saw and we ended up getting did have some problems with it and we put a work order in and it was all fixed in a matter of days. We have never seen that. The other place we lived nothing was ever fixed and to see management come when they are called was a strange site for us. You can also watch golfers from your porch and this place is affordable and loves animals. Right now they are working on the landscaping and painting the buildings so everything looks brand new. Another good safety thing is they have alarm systems already built in. All you have to do is activate it with a phone line. This is the safest place and the place is montoried 24/7. Another thing I just found out is you can pay your rent online with a CC or your bank account. All you have to do is go to the mallards website. Yes this is convient but you have to pay a fee of $2.00, http://www.udrt.com/amenities/index.cfm/fuseaction/viewAmenities/contentID/4/navID/4/CommunityID/252Also you should make sure you ask if your job is a perferred employeer b/c you will get a discount on your first months rent. Also if you look at it through rent.com you can get $100. I'm just trying to help everyone save money. I hope you all enjoy it as much as we do. | Recent Review: | | Management is totally clueless and unprofessional. If you need repairs forget it. Rent late 10 minutes, countless nasty letters on your door for the whole complex to see.Parking is a nightmare and security is a myth. Many property thefts have occured. So much for the security of a gated community. Oh, that's if the gate ever worked. |

| Recent Review: | | This place never fixed anything. We lived there for 2 years and never had anything fixed. The unit we lived in had electrical problems and we had to stay somewhere else almost every week so they could fix it. Then they finally moved us to another unit and that one had a broken screen, bathroom fan and light. None were fixed when we moved out this year. They kept saying it was b/c of the hurricane's and all this was broken before the hurricane's. When we told them to fix these problems or they aren't getting rent, they kicked us out. How nice is that, they are in the wrong and we got kicked out. Don't live here, keep looking. |
