| Recent Review: | | Totally nonresponsive managementand maintenance crew and grossly misleading in advertisements ... of 4 advertised pools, for more than 6 months now, only 1 has been open -- and this one had electrical/shock problems just last year; they do not have 24-hour maintenance as brochure states -- only hope you don't have major plumbing/ac problems over a weekend; be prepared to rent a room at local hotel while maintenance, management and corporate figure out cheapest way to bandaid -- and don't expect any one of them to call you to keep you apprised ...this company (CNC Investments, headquartered in TX)purchases complexes in 'distress' at a low price, slaps on a coat of paint, plants flowers in the front entrance and like a spider, sits back and waits for next victim ... |

| Recent Review: | | Best complex I've ever lived in.You never hear your neighbors.Three pools and hottubs, great nature scenery.I will disagree with the previous review in the maintenence crew being insufficient.My refridgerator quick working one morning...I called the front desk from my work to let them know...I got home from work that same day and had a brand new fridge....you can't do better than that :-)I also disagree with the leasing agents being unaproachable...Jenny is one of the nicest and helpful agents I have met.Great place to live, especially considering the large size of the apartments, free cable, full size washer and dryer..etc..etc. |
