| Recent Review: | | Well, after reading the other reviews, I decided to visit the property myself. I did like the property, but there is a catch. There are two sides of the property. The one side is mostly run down. The other side is where the club house is located and it is a lot nicer. Do not choose the other side unless you want to live in the suberb ghetto. Nevertheless, I have lived there for 6 months now and it is good. They have had a lot of management changes. Unfortunately, the maintenance is still poor and the office works are nice at first until they get your money and then can be quite rude. Anyway, read the reviews and visit the place and then deside if you want to live there. That is what I did! |

| Recent Review: | | My roommates and I have lived here for 3 months now, and have come across over 30-40 roaches/palmetto bugs (aka big ass looking roaches). When we arrived we noticed that there was a layer of paint over everything, including a roach, a pasta noodle, dust, and various other products left by the folks before us. There are many kinds of mold in many different places as well. The office staff is terrible unprofessional, so don't expect anything from them but a smart mouth and blinding from their bling bling jewelry.The good thing about this place is the location and the size of the actual apartment. We're in a 3 bedroom/2 bath and it is very spacious. The living room/dining room area is very nice and the master bathroom is pretty swell too. If you're a girl, just make sure you're ready to pick up dead bugs and clean up mold, or at least make sure you have some guy friends to do it for you. Try to get an apartment in front by the road like us, otherwise you get far into the ghetto and the management really doesn't give a shit about what the place looks like. At least if there's a crime, oncoming traffic will see it. |

I spoke with the leasing manager on several occasions and was treated with respect. It has taken me several months to receive my deposit check.
