| Recent Review: | | The pool is NOT heated, I saw a condom wrapper on the rocks at the hot tub (gross). My apt has had rotating; ants, silver fish, and roaches.The buildings have a major mold problem within the walls and balconies had to be removed too. The parking lot fills up by 9pm. and 70% without apt required sticker; you may have to park on the grass or 3 or 4 bldgs down IF you can find a spot. Everyone knows the gate code, pizza guys, workers, residents, prior residents, etc. its not secure here at all. The apts are made out of PLYWOOD so you can HEAR everything through the walls and floors,even bathroom uses, you can also see people taking showers (and other things) after sunset, because the bathroom window is inside the bathtub and faces outside around the lake and walkways. The exterior ledges and ornamentation is made of styrofoam, then painted over. Animals are not required to have shots or be licensed nor are they monitored. The rental price of apt is 40% higher than rental HOMES in Old Naples and all other apt complexes in Naples. Dirty exterior. I regret living here, trust me, any one can live here even with a criminal history, with alittle extra deposit cash. They offer you $100 a month off each month for the first year, its a tactact to RAISE the rent after 1 year in a slick way. My windows have NEVER been washed on the outside upper floor in over a year. The garbage sits out at night and makes drip marks around.Its just grubby. Management is non-existant. With Vanderbilt widening and Livingston flowing onto Vanderbilt you CANNOT get IN, or OUT,of the complex. It's a serious fatality waiting to happen.Please don't waste your salary, I did. |

| Recent Review: | | I just read the last review...and let me tell you,if you move in you better have renter's insurance!! fire's and break-in's...not to mention we are on our 4th manager and our 5th maintenance guy in 2 years. we were told after the last break-in that if they were to get any security here they would raise the rent so high that nobody could live here....keep looking. |
