Recent Review: What a disappointment. Used to be run by Gables, sold to Home Properties whose staff couldn't care less. When I first moved in the grounds were nice with beautiful tall trees and a nice full palm right outside my balcony. Home properties cut it all down! I guess the maintenance cut into their profit. I can't really say how that is because they raised my rent $60 the first year. Beer bottles left in the breezeway, garbage piled up in front of the dumpster every week like clockwork. Neighborhood becoming "the 'hood" VERY quickly!! Don't rent here unless you like that sort of thing.
