Recent Review: There is no way that North Miami Beach could have an apartment complex where the smell in facilities and elevators is like trash. Thw managment is anonfriendly and bad customer service staff. The price you pay is not worth with the apartments they have. In storms this is the only complex that shut their power supplies in the surroundings, leaving the residents without power even when there is a little showers threat. Apartments are nest more cocroach and trash dumps are rats homes.
