| Recent Review: | | This has got to be one of the worst communities I have ever lived in.Just as an example, I have just spent the entire weekend in my apartment with 1-2 inches of raw sewage water flooding my bathtub, toilet, kitchen and living room.After about 30 calls to the maintenance office and the "emergency" number, they came out once and said they would fix it on Monday....never apologizing, never fixing it, and never offering another place to stay, as I'm sure living there with human feces and urine water by the 100 gallons is unhealthy!They do not respond or care about any of their residents.The apartments are old, falling apart, have very old appliances that don't work, and they never fix anything.The leasing agent named Fabio, you heard it, Fabio, is one of the most rude, un-caring, and useless people I think I have ever met, and it only gets worse!!Please, stay away!!! |
