| Recent Review: | | This place sucked. I'm glad I got out. I shouldn't have even started renting from there. The employees suck, and are very rude. The place isn't worth 645 dollars for a stupid one bedroom. The size of the apartment was alright, but still not worth the money. Stay away. There are better places for this kind of money. |

| Recent Review: | | While they require the most out of their renters, they do not floow through with their end.I have a stove that on a good day 2 burners will work, they refused to replace it.A fridge that has quite several times, I cannot even keep ice cream, it won't stay hard.They refuse to fix it.Uncovered light sockets, they never covered.Rude staff, they are out to get your money. |

| Recent Review: | | ...it sucks here. The management is no older than mid to late 20's, and only cares about being on the phone all day, talking to her boyfriend, and eating. She doesn't do her job. She's not management material. The office staff is better, but the maintenance sucks. They claim they are qulaified, but it doesn't show. The jobs don't get done, and if they do it's not even half-way done. Very piss-poor attitudes. And $650 dollars for a very small one bedroom? I don't think so! For only 750 (or smaller) square feet, it's not worth it. Things are falling apart, and crappy. Don't let them fool you with their "We just went through a 2.5 million dollar renovation" bullshit. They renovated, but only the outside so that you're led into crap when you go inside. Parking sucks. You're having to fight for parking spaces, or walk two to three buildings away just to get to your home. Basically, they suck. Stear clear. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is very cheap, but you get what you pay for. It's falling apart, and no one cares to fix it. I hear they're doing a rehab, but it needs to be shut down and rebuilt from the ground up. Stay away, unless you want to live in ghetto-ville. |
