| These are not your typical college apartments though they're less than a mile away from UCF and many students live here. First, these apartments are built MUCH better than the shitty college apartments around where you can hear everything through the walls.I lived in the studio and couldn't hear through the walls unless the someone was screaming on top of their lungs. However, if someone is out in the common hallway area right outside your door, you can hear everything then (so potential studio renters, be aware of that). They have a good noise control policy in place (5 complaints and then they start evicting), so if you want to have a lot of parties, do not move in there. The major drawback(s) were:(1) Parking sucked(2) No washer/dryers inside the apartment (at least not in my studio)(3) Hearing neighbors outside the door if you live in a studio I paid 522 per month + the 300 membership fee for my apartment, and it was a good experience b/c it was my first time living alone w/o any roommates and that was the only place I could afford that was near school.Pricey, but worth it if you want to try living on your own.Management here is better than any others around the area. |
