| Recent Review: | | These apartments are awful. The grounds are dirty. The fences around the apartments are always have holes in them. Real Safe! The security gates never work. If you need appliances replaced, good luck!Management has been horrible for the last 1 1/2 years. Not good customer service. They work against you after you already signed your lease, finding more ways to collect more money from you. They don't care to keep you as a resident after your lease is up.I would never recommend these apartments to anyone! |

| Recent Review: | | Sorry...not the place to live. Don't let the high rent get you into thinking it is better.The first gated entrance(which is broken and open 90% of the time) has attendants with their car bass shaking your windows a block away. Dogs are left on balconies during the cold rainy days, barking at every car that passes.And last but not least the management is awful. Have a problem? Don't bother telling them. Nothing will happen.Not enough car parking. I had to park on the next street numerous times. |

| Recent Review: | | Its really sad living here. nothing gets fixed or done around here we still have been waiting to get our bathroom fixed and yes of course we complain and nothing seems to get done.The management here is crappy i havent seen a manager stay here and i have only been here for 1 yr . management here sucks. The pest control lady has only come to my apartment but 3 times and thank god i dont have a bug because god forbid if i have to call them . i just think that they are really crappy and the management really truly sucks. |

It is a family oriented place and you get more than what you pay for. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable beautiful apartment in Orlando.Best of all it is located close to everything that you need. | Recent Review: | | My husband lived there for a while. Before he moved in, they were kind and polite. When he wants to move out, they had him stay there for extra month. They claim that they sent a notification to him, but he did not get it at all. Their attitude is absolutely unacceptable.When his frige was down, they did repaired it for several days. |

| Recent Review: | | Highly recommend not to move here. The apartments are run down and managment doesn't fix anything. I had to have a private electrian come in and fix an electrical outlet which I was told was highly dangerous and could have caused a fire. |

| Recent Review: | | Nice and quite and tucked away - yet you are well located close to most everything in mid-east Orlando: UCF 15minutes, Valencia 5 minutes, 408 Expressway, 417 Greenway, 18 minutes to downtown, 3 minutes to Winn Dixie & Bank of America.However, managment keeps making uneeded improvements (which will lead to increased rent) and charges a lot if you are one hour late with your rent ($75). You should be able to negotiate a good rent price - I've got $569 for a 1 bedroom. The A/C units are old and will drive up your electic bill though.Maintenance is pretty quick and parking is plentiful. Pool and gym are nice.4.5 out of 5 stars. |
