| Recent Review: | | Pool and hot tub are beautiful, when they arnt closed because of glass in them. apartments are cute, but bedrooms and closets are really small and the walls are so thin you can hear everything...i mean everything in the next room/the apartment above you so try to get on the third floor. Everything is borken in the apartment, even if they come to fix it. The air vents also havnt been cleaned for a while so dust builds up and i think has made me sick for the past year that ive been living here. The furniture and carpet are disgusting and needs to be replaced (i think they might actually be doing this)Parking is also a hastle, because of the lack of visitor spaces. The partying has died here in the last year, so noise is not really an hastle, unless you have bad roomates.Also there is a major drug problem here. More then half the people i know here excessivlely use drugs and some even sell. You can get weed from about anyone here.The shuttle runs here so thats a plus if you dont want to drive on campus. |

| Recent Review: | | Apts have been renovating for almost a year.Brand new in 1998 when I moved in.Today they sent a letter asking all residents to move by February 18, 2003.The apartment and staff have been great.I would have stayed here if the complex were not for the letter. |

| Recent Review: | | The place is falling apart. Some changes have been done to the outside of the buildings. But don't be fooled. Maintenance sucks. If you need something done, start praying. And the management acts like they're doing people a favor. Gated? Yeah right! The gates regularly stay open. Pool? Looks like green water!Just don't bother. Move in special or not, don't do it. You'll be sorry. |

| Recent Review: | | a shootout happened right outside my window.My tags were stolen.20 yr Old A/C units causes a ridiculously high light bill. ants and roaches was a problem, nothing on my move in sheet was ever fixed.The gate never operated properly. people in the complex let thier pit bulls run without a leash. A/C leacked water in side tha house, and down stars. I can't remember it all |

| Recent Review: | | The prices are very fair and the location is great BUT they use a central system for heating and cooling all the apartments on the differentwings.So, if you live in Apt E- whatever, your AC unit is connected to the rest of the apartments in E unit.That works fine during most of the year but here is their policy when it gets cold:They turn on the heat when the temperature reaches 40 degrees for 3 consecutive days...since they do their own forecasting, I have frozen my butt off when no heat has been turned on for an entire week when the temp was in and around the 40s--and the water heating works on the same principle so you get hot water 95% of the time but when it gets cold, get used to the cold water also.Also, there's very little insulation between the units so you can acutally hear your neighbors very very well...you can hear them talk at regular voice so hope you are not next to a partier or to small children. |
