| Recent Review: | | This place is a 180 degree turnaround from where I was before . (Lake Weston Point Apartments)The only thing is they need to hurry up and get the mailboxes done for my side of the complex and the other pool for my convinience and a second trash compactor.But that's no biggie trash goes out on my way out the gate.Rent here but don't bring no bebe kids and respect the property and be courteuos to other tenants when you get here. |

| Recent Review: | | FOR THE PAST WEEK I HAVE HAD A LEAK IN MY BATHROOM CEILING FROM THE DRAIN IN MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS SHOWER.SO EVERY TIME THEY TAKE A SHOWER, (USUALLY 3 TIMES A DAY) I HAVE THEIR NASTY WATER DRIPPING THROUGH MY CEILING. I HAVE CALLED REPEATEDLY, AND THE OFFICE MANAGER TONI WAS SUCH A WHITE TRASH BITCH THAT SHE YLLED AT ME AND BERATED ME FOR CALLING ABOUT THE LEAK. I GUESS IT BOTHERED HER THAT SHE KEPT HAVING TO TAKE HER HANDS OUT OF A CHIP BAG/COOKIE JAR/PINT OF ICE CREAM LONG ENOUGH TO ANSER MY PHONE CALLS. MOST NEIGHBORS ARE CREEPY OR JUST PLAIN TRASH, THE WATER HAS BEEN SHUT OFF SEVERAL TIMES FOR SEVERAL HOURS AT A TIME WITH NO WARNING. THEY PAY YOUR WATER BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT!! SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY TO GET A CLEAN RELIABLE PLACE-TRUST ME!!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I live in the a town house here and the maintence is no good.A pipe in the wall in the dinning room had a hole in it which led to the pouring of water onto my dinning room and living room area.It took maintenence two hours to get to my apartment.In the meantime everything was soaked including myself and the 4 people helping me control the water overflow.The roaches are ridiculous.The grounds are not kept up.I believe there's Asbestos in all the apartments.The noise from neighbors is out of control.The police are constantly there patrolling because of disturbances.There are plenty more complaints, but I'll stop here.I would not recommend this apartment complex to a homeless person. |

| Recent Review: | | This is one of the best places I have ever lived. My place is huge for a one bedroom...Its like a little house. I love all of the amenities-esp. 24 hour security. The mgt company does kind of suck-they are not very quick to get things done, but it usually gets done eventually. I would not be leaving if I could afford to buy my place-but unftly, is not a financial option. Anyone who complains about this place is crazy. |

| Recent Review: | | Park Central apartments advertise themselves as world class luxuary apartments. Once upon a time this was true , like 5 years ago this place was the best place to live but nowadays they have stupid dumb people in the offices that treat everyone like cr*p. Half of the time the phone system in the office doesnt work therfore since the staff hardly pick up the phone you cant even leave a message. Another thing is they advertise themselves as a gated community....lol some joke that is...they so called guards at the gate are suppose to call you and get your permission before they let your guest in....nowadays they let everyone and anyone in without even calling you. I guess thats one of the reasons why a guy was going round and checking for unlocked apartments so that he could expose himself to women. Oh and not to mention the shooting that happened a little while ago!Oh and another thing is park central just got bought out once again and now they have raised rent prices by over $300.00 even if you are renewing your lease. So people take it from me , i have lived here for over 5 yrs and im about to move out for many reasons the main one being they want $360.00 more each month for rent but thier customer service and satisfaction level has dropped by a lot. So take my advice do not move here , they are a bunch of liars they dont even have half of the ammenities that they advertise on apartments.com. Oh and by the way , the newest apartments called manor row were so badly built that during heavy rain the water leaks in and wets the walls , and you know what they did to solve the problem when my walls leaked....lol they sent thier so called maintinence guys to paint over the water marks....not to fix the actual problem....LoL |

| Recent Review: | | It's college-affiliated, so it's a typical college place (i.e. noise and dirt).The rooms are huge and it's close to campus.I recommend it for undergraduates who need to be close.I don't know why everyone says it's so horrible...I have lived here for 3 years and have no huge complaints. |

| Recent Review: | | I have had serious problems here.It is loud.Girls watch out, Maintenance comes into your rooms unannounced.You will never know if they have been in your apartment.They might fix things that you don't think were broken and then charge you huge amounts for them.carry your pepper spray. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in Polo East for four years when Leah was the Manager in the front office.She wasa doll, and always there to assist me in any questions that i had.Two years ago there were a change in management, which created a decline in service.The kids in the front office or just that kids.They do not care about the apartment community and on top of that, they have an attitude.Are they crazy, with rent so ridiculously high for substandard living, you would think the compensation would be in service.Well, its not.And when my lease end, I am moving.Its sad because I have been here so long, I would think they would appreciatea valued renter but they don't. |
