| Recent Review: | | I have lived in SunScape for 2 years, and I have loved it. Everyone is nice and willing to help with whatever they can. When I have a problem they are right on top of things. If you are looking for a small apartment complex this is the place to be. The one bedrooms are a nice size. Move here and live happy. |

| Recent Review: | | I really liked living here, and it sucks that I'm leaving, but they don't except pets.The front office is very nice, just don't talk to the head lady, she's very misleading.But the other girls up front are really nice and always have answers to your questions.The grounds are kept in exceptional condition, and the maintenance staff is awesome.They don't care about you pets (just the front office people), and they're very quick on fixing problems.The only down side to The Gatherings is the noise during the week.But you can't really expect much when you live so close to campus.The neighbors were nice, just don't piss them off.The parking also kind of sucks cause there's not too much of it, but I always had a spot, so I didn't care.I would recommend living here, but get an apartment toward the front if you like quiet. |

| Recent Review: | | i have been here for almost 15 yrs and when i moved in it was a clean and well run.Security you could call by name and very seldom had the police come in except for something bad that had happened (but that would be any where you go).Now open drunkeness, beer bottle glass is every where (we keep the tire companys in business), daytime robberies, gun fire, open drug selling, no security to be seen day or night, and when you talk to the office the only thing they say is we cant do anything about that.Now as soon as i find something else i am moving away and running to get there. |

| Recent Review: | | The management is atrocious at best.It took them forever to repair the hurricane damage, and there were nails all over the place (lots of flat tires).We still have damage in our unit and they still have not fixed it.We have only been here 9 months and our A/C has broken down three times.They are also immune to criticism, they usually hang up the phone before you can criticize them.And they have the audacity to hedge us into another lease three months before this one is done (to try to make it harder for us to go anywhere else)- with an increase in rent.And then there are the noisy neighbors with their loud music and kids.The walls are paper thin, so you hear EVERYTHING.And at least 50% of the residents must be on Section 8 vouchers because most of the cars do not leave for work on weekdays- and I do not see how some of the characters can afford to live there without government assistance.On the flip side, this is the most affordable thing that is somewhat close to downtown, so we will probably stay until we can afford something better. |
