						Recent Review: I would not suggest renting here because there is no staff here. There is no secretary and no maintenance crew. There is only a manager. She has told everyone here that the "maintenance man" hurt himself and that by law she is not allowed to hire anyone else to take his place. Well......... there is quite a few apartments here and one guy is a little ridiculous to begin with... She is paying a tenant.... (an old man) who can only work here a couple of days a week and I NEVER see him doing anything!!!! This place is falling apart and if you try to complain to her she gets irrate and starts threatening. I cannot as of yet get in touch with the owners because she has made it that way so that no one can complain. This place is a dive and I firmly believe by her words and actions that she is doing something fraudulant here..BEWARE!!!!!!!!

						Recent Review: This was the worst place I've ever lived....The office staff is very rude..The apartments are horrible..Everything breaks and then they take weeks to fix....Give it six months before your ceiling in the kitchen starts to leak...this will stink up the entire apartment and they don't care.....they have a malfunction in the a/c units which causes it to leaks through the walls and ceilings..Also...this so called thing about free A/c....your a/c workd for free but they control the tmperature from the office...yes you have a thermastat in your apartment but the temp doesn't work...you can shut it off but as far as getting it as cool as you want...think again...when they are cold in the office everybody's a/c change temps....Not to mention that they have a racist old man that is their
