| Recent Review: | | Lived there for 8 months and broke the lease..it was worth the penalty fee. Its full of criminal activity and the management doesn't care. No security whatsoever..we called the police 4 times in the 8 months for burgalry and car thefts...our son was attacked and cd player stolen from him. |

| Recent Review: | | After living here for a few months we have gotten notice that they are going condo and AGAIN we have to move. You must give them 60 days notice, but they can put you out in 30 days. Our rent is being jacked up $200 a month to force us out. Nice aren't they? After we have lived up to our end of the rental agreement to the letter. However, this place for being "new" when we moved in sure had its problems. The carpets weren't nailed down right, the screens weren't put on windows and doors correctly, when it rained it flooded our apartment, grout in bathroom was moldy, and on and on. This for a "new" apartment? And forget about the neighbors. You cannot get a decent night sleep in this place. There is a mall going up in my living room with constant noise, neighbors partying all night (and some STARTING at 5AM), they play rap until the walls shake and on and on. On one hand the inconvenience of another move so soon really pisses me off but on the other I am glad to get the hell out of here. Somebody should have been forthcoming and told everyone that there was a chance this was going to go condo. We would have not even considered moving here. Good bye Legacy Place and thanks for nothing but heartache and upheaval in our lives once again. SHAME ON YOU!! Take your big money and put it where the sun don't shine. |

| Recent Review: | | EVERYONE THAT WORKS HERE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE TENANT!!NOISE COMPLAINTS ARE NOT TAKEN SERIOUS NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED AND WOULD TELL ANYONE TO STAY AWAY!THE NICE PART OF THIS PLACE IS THE POOL, THAT IS ALL THIS HAS TO OFFER.I JUST HOPE THEY DONT TRY TO KEEP MY SECURITY DEPOSIT LIKE I THINK THEY WILL BECAUSE THEY ARE THAT SCREWED UP HERE.IT IS PURE HELL. |
