| Recent Review: | | If you need something be sure to put it in writing as mgmt staff is not on top of things most of the time.Very rude in the office after move-in.Lived out 2 lease terms, always paid rent on time and gave a 60-day notice.They didn't dock my security for cleaning/damages, but tried to charge me an extra month rent claiming they didn't receive notice - even though I had a copy and proof of mailing.I turned them into the BBB, and have sinced heard numerous complaints about unscrupulous practices regarding security deposits.Also, pool is not a good place for family - lots of drinking and broken glass (rules not enforced by mgmt at all). |

| Recent Review: | | I moved here about 6 months ago.I do like the area - the landscaping, dog park, places to take a walk around the complex, etc. But yes there is a lot of dog poo that people don't pick up.I personally have a dog, but I am one of the few that pick up after him.As for my apartment, I have had some trouble.I live in the Windsor village in a 1 bedroom.First of all, the air conditioning sounds like a wind storm in the living room.Secondly every move my neighbors upstairs make, I hear them (& they are not obese people).Thirdly, this particular apartment doesn't have a patio, so it is "against the lease" to have potted plants outside (even though I was told I could when I signed the lease).Finally, the management is impossible to get ahold of.I had to make a formal complaint to the corporate office about the a/c just to get someone in the office to contact me.The office is super nice when signing the lease & will tell you just about anything to get you to sign, but once that is done - forget trying to get a hold of them.On a brighter note, the maintenance people in general are pretty fast acting & friendly. |

| Recent Review: | | Quiet, secure and well maintained.Never a problem with roudy neighbors.The staff were always responsive and friendly, not to mention the maintenance team.Well trained and competent, the work performed was professional.I miss this place already.I highly recommend The Fountains. |

| Recent Review: | | Though I really liked the style and look of the apartments it isnt worth it.The walls are VERY thin and you hear your neighbors constantly.Management is a joke.They are incompetent and downright mean.I went into the office well before my lease was up and asked the leasing agent what my rent would be if I renewed.She said she didnt know and would find out for me.A month later I was sent a letter with the amount,the trick was they didn't give me the renewal amount until after I was supposed to have given my notice and they would not let me out & charged me a months rent |

| Recent Review: | | I love the apartment and the location.The kitchen is awesome and the walk in closets are HUGE. Now the bad things.I live in an end building and Parking is HORRENDOUS I work late and often have to park 5 buildings away.There is also a rash of theft and breakins.My apartment was broken into in Feb 2005 along with 10 others,then another slew of breakins in April/May in other apts.There is no security gate or alarms.The gate they do have often doesnt work |

| Recent Review: | | The apartment manager does not understand the meaning of professionalism and courtesy.We had a serious problem with ants, we even tried bug bombing.$200 utility bills!!!!What is that?! Unnecessary, that's what that is.Granted, the landscaping is nice, but at the cost of peace and quite.Who wants to wake up at 8am to hammers and pounding other general maintenance noice. |

| Recent Review: | | The following is my impression after living in this apartment complex for a year....my first and last.1)Maintenance is excellent..usually. The maintenance guys have always been friendly and efficient. THANKS!2)The grounds are attractive enough...nothing special.3)There are some negatives however.a)Office staff are deceptive&inept when explaining the lease agreement. BEWARE!b)Noise is a constant problem...24/7/365. HONESTLY.c)Parking near your apt. is often impossible.d)Speeding drivers is a very serious problem here. No resolution to this from the office...YET.e)Dog droppings everywhere...and I mean EVERYWHERE. Office staff just give excuses...no results.f)Children are frequently unsupervised in and around the pool and in the fitness center. Office staff non-responsive to this serious problem.GOOD LUCK. THERE ARE MANY MUCH NICER, SAFER, AND HEALTHIER PLACES TO LIVE IN THIS AREA. |
