| Recent Review: | | The location is GREAT for its access to an elementary school just 2 blocks away, Town Hall, and a BCT bus route directly across the street.With many 2 and 3 bedroom units, there are plenty of kids in the complex.There are General Electric appliances, patios or balconies, and central AC.There is a pantry in the kitchen, a laundry closet, and a small bedroom closet.The complex also has a swimming pool, whirlpool, and 2 playgrounds.Mailboxes are located at the front of the complex and are locked.I am concerned about teenagers hanging out in the parking lot and blasting their stereos on weekends.The parking lot needs to be repaved and re striped, and it should be monitored for abandoned vehicles.The insulation could be better.I often hear music playing upstairs and a crying baby next door.Also, the water pressure could be better.There must be some type of conservation device attached to the water supply - I can take a better shower at my sister's house or at the gym. |
