| Recent Review: | | If you upset them or complain just a little too much about anything (considering it takes at least three complaints to get anything done), the eviction notices start on any little thing. They harass you to the point you CAN'T WAIT to leave! |

| Recent Review: | | Faulty gated exit that sometimes does not allow you out. If you loose your gate card they charge you 25 dollars. In the pouring rain, you and your car get soaked trying to get in the gate. Anybody can follow someone in anyway. If you are on foot you have to climb through a hole to get out.Also there are many srinkler systems in the parking lot that will soak your car with well water.The pool is beautiful. No storage space inside apt. |

| Recent Review: | | This place is nice to look at but sucks. The maintenance staff takes about a week or two to get to your complaints, I had my car broken into in broad daylight. The security gates have never worked, the "24 hour car care center" has never worked, and if you love ants you'll love it here. The kids from the community across the street come in and use the gym and the pool. Parking is terrible, terrible, terrible. Its horrible, the staff is very unprofessional. I'm moving out in a month and the things that were suppose to be fixed the week we moved in.....are still broken. Keep looking I wish I would have. |

| Recent Review: | | Due to the low rent many of the residents are scumbags. Large dogs are permitted and the rules say to cleanup after your pets, but there's doggie-doo to dodge. Poeple are supposed to dispose of their dog stuff in the dumpster, but one resident routinely left it in the trash can next to the mailboxes.Gross and disgusting.Other's let their dogs run loose without a leash, also against the rules. The people down the hall routinely leave their gargbage at the front door for days, complaints to management do nothing.The people across the hall leave their fithly shoes at the front door for days at a time.At one point we had someone driving around the building on their dirt bike!The people upstairs must think they live in a gym, at 11:30PM their jumping around.I told management my refigerator is rusting away...nothing done.About the only thing that gets fixed promptly are emergencies.The dumpsters are overflowing the day after they're emptied.There's no recycling facility because it costs too much to recycle, according to management.You'll find the office staff nice, but that's about all.If you're one day late with the rent they leave you a 3-day notice on your door. Spend a little more and go someplace else. |
