| Recent Review: | | This place is full of dogs and trailer park trash.Parking for one vehicle only, visitors park at opposite ends of development and have to walk to apartments.Ditto if you have two cars.Renters are always fighting over someone in their parking space. Dog owners do not clean up after the gazillion dogs so you are constantly stepping in surprises.Management has changed 3 times in the last year, maintenance is slow to non-existant, security gate has been broke for 4 months, it's really dark in the community at night and you have to pay for your own water, sewer and trash removal.This means you add $60 to $70 dollars to your already high (for what you get) rent.Fitness center is a joke, anything left outside on patios is stolen, and management doesn't care about anything but the money coming in.Think long and hard about this decision! |

| Recent Review: | | I lived there for 1 1/2 years.When I first moved in, all was good - office staff was nice, maintenance was fast.THEN it went all down hill after that.Parking?HORRIBLE.The class of people dropped to trashy!The office staff became more difficult to deal with.High tailed it out as soon as my lease was up. |
