| Recent Review: | | I love it, cozy, friendly neighbors, amazing maintenance and the manager is a breath of freshair. Too bad her assistant Rebecca makes her out to be a monster and talks bad behind her back. I am sure if the manager knew 1/2 of what Rebecca says about her she would be taken back.This reflects negativety and you can feel it because if you go in the office and the manager is not there, consider yourself dismissed (she's just too good for you).Keep up the good work Amaris & Omar |

| Recent Review: | | Hello to all. I have never written a review of anything, but I must warn anyone who is thinking about moving to the Waves. It is truely the worst apartment complex I have ever seen. The condition of the apartments apon movin is below standards of any paying resident. They blame the contractors but do nothing to resolve problems. In addition, the fixtures and appliances are not in good condition at all. I personally have called matainance about every other week since I've gotten here. Also the AC units are so old your FPL bill is outstanding. I will pay the penalty fee of one month additional rent then continue to stay much longer. The office crew is not professional at all and no help whatsoever . The owner has never been seen and probably should never show there face. So in conclusion you would be better off living anywhere else. Thanks |
