						Recent Review: Bella Vista has overcharged me on rent, in my opinion.After living here several years, I have noticed that others in the community are paying much lower rates than I do, even though I have lived here several years!

						Recent Review: Horrible management, they are never there on time and they leave early from the office.The grounds are littered with garbage.The kids who live there have no respect for the grounds.
