Recent Review: We had kind of a rough start. The leasing manager is a human tree stump who really does nothing more than patronize you into complacency.In the broad spectrum the place is great. We rarely have any disturbances and the maintence staff is really on their game. Parking is assigned but you know how that goes... all in all we would stay until we can afford the type of place we want and buy a house. The only problems are : Of course being income controled you do have the welfare mommies with 50 zillion kids none of who they control... the kids tend to stay out your way but occasionally will jump in front of your car or knock on your door selling things they dug out of the dumpster.Pool is really nice...problem?? the stupid place is only open during office hour so hope you don;t have job or all anemnities are closed to you Fitness center 9-6pm pool 9-6pm that is the biggest crock of hit about this place car care center has never worked, pool only open when the office is (nope not open in afternoon sat or atall on sunday ) YES i'm serious (i hop the fence in the past screw them right... I have a job not like have the low income HUD rejects that are around here.The answering service girls are a crap shoot. After hours when you have a porblem you and you need to "security/maintence/complaintline it is them you call and a few are the laziest, most impersonal, pieces of crap.
