Recent Review: Reflections at Welleby is a beautiful community with fabulous tenants. All of my neighbors are very social and friendly. We have a great time. The problem is with the managemet and maintainence staff. There seems to be ongoing mold infestitation problems.When the office is called and notified of an issue (I have been living here for about 6 months and have had to have maintainence out here about 5 times) You never know if they are coming or not and when you call the management office to see if anyone is set to come out to fix your issue, the maintainence staff lies and says that the problem is fixed when in fact everthing is the same as it was before you called. No one believes anything you say and believe their maintanence staff over their tenants. What ever happened to the saying "The customer is always right"?I have recomended friends to move in here because of the beautiful views and spacious apartments but it is a shame that the management/maintainence is not up to par with the rest of the community!!!
