| Recent Review: | | Man, Glad to be out of there! Talk about a dump! The leasing staff does nothing but sit out back a suck on cigarettes all day long! Overheard many a time where they trash talk the tenants. Like they have room to talk! One is an old lady whom resembles a broken down rooster trying to recapture her youth while the other looks like a lesbian ronald mcdonald!The grounds were alright and what not but every time we went to the pool during the day we had to endure the old cronies sucking on their cancer sticks and using vulger language within earshot of tenants. I feel they could do themselves one better if they had a more professional front. |

| Recent Review: | | If you want to find the mainatenace staff just look in the tool shed. It's got air conditioning and heating so they tend to waste the day hanging out there. They are friendly enough but the management definitely has a "them and us" attitude towards the residents. Like we are a problem to them instead of the reason they are working there. I agree with the other poster here, the AM is a jerk. The place is dirty, very old apartments. Any trash (soda cans, paper, etc..) that is laying around takes a while to be picked up. The rear entrance is supposed to close at night but since the last time a car ran in to it, even though it has been repaired for months now, they don't close it. Probably to avoid another car running into it as it is a poorly lit back street. But, it is supposed to close at night to help prevent people from cutting through as a short cut and keep thugs out. They also need to clean the outside of the apartments, which hasn't been done in a long time. They seem to want to collect a paycheck and not be inconvenienced by us. |

| Recent Review: | | I really enjoy it at the Arbors. Ive been living here for almost a year.The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any situation. The apartments are very large inside which is a must for me. I also love the spacious lanai for my pets and the parking is never full. I recommend this place for anyone looking for an enjoyable experience. Only negative is the buildings inside could use some touch-up painting. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here almost a year and I would recommend these apartments.Yes, people play loud music- but so do I.Yes, after a 3 day weekend the dumpsters are overflowing, but that's just what happens when everyone cleans out their apartments- the garbage gets taken away on time.The people are very friendly and there's always a parking spot.Located really close to campus and to the mall- it's worth the money.And, they re-did all the apartments so when I moved in, there was brand new carpet, brand new appliances, brand new everything!Beautiful townhome apartments!! |

| Recent Review: | | Since we've moved in we had nothing but electric problems(the air conditioner was broken and worked non-stop, which we paid for!), no parking spaces, bugs in our kitchen and food!(for over a year they could not get them out), a rug always wet from rain on the balcony (it took forever to get it dried after the rain), our car got even hit and it is not fixable now, and many more problems. Since new neighbors moved in below us we had nothing but trouble, and the staff does not want to listen to us even. The staff of these apartments seem to be biased upon the fact that we, who have been occupying the apartment here for the past two years, will move outin two months due to end of lease, non-renewal, and purchase of a new house; whereas, the new neighbors have been treated favorably due to being new residents and having the lease extending beyond ours. Our new neighbors complain of our footsteps from walking in our apartment. I guess we have to be like the Jetsons, and invent flying machines to get from one room to the other. Once, they called the property manager at 9 oclock in the morning and complaint that we were walking up and down the stairs packing our cars and getting ready for a vacation trip. Even that was too loud for them to bear. We beared with this apartment for two years, these people live here 3 weeks and we are the ones who get in trouble. How ridiculous can people be?! |

| Recent Review: | | I rather live in a jail cell than staying at breckenridge apt. The management dont give a shit about people. First of all I was placed with a crack head-- split personality in a three bed room. Can't sleep day or night because of the noise level and i was told to deal with it myself. Now i have no choise but to put up with it for the next two months. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into my apartment in July of 2004 and when I moved in they gave me a roach infested refrigerator. Not to mention the apartments are roach infested. Once I was there for a few months everything started falling apart. The kitchen sink constantly leaked, the bathroom toilets constantly ran, there was mold growing on the dining room walls, the so called free cable never worked and the gates are always open. The roof in my childrens room leaked and all they ever did was patch is up. I called in several maintenance requests starting in November and ending in March and still none of these items were fixed. On top of that the maintenance man was "sweating the pipes" and caught the unit behind mine on fire (which spread to my unit) The fire caused $6000 in damage, then there maintenance supervisor gave her children access to the rest of my property which they robbed me the same night as the fire. With all of this said they gave me 30 days to vacate the model unit and 1500 which is barely a fourth of my damages. They didn't even fire the maintenance worker, they only said she "has to have access to all units" , so in other words her and her children can just go on robbing people blind. If you are considering a lease, RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN. DO NOT SIGN. After all of this the maintenance man said all of the buildings are old and the apartment complex is too cheap to upgrade the units, so it is a matter of time before something like this happens again. |

| Recent Review: | | it's a quiet neighborhood. Mostly low income families. About a day a week, there's pounding bass from below me, but i'm sure that's not that common.my car got broken into: my wallet was stolen & my window was smashed. A car that same night was stolen.Can find a good spot to park. I feel safe, generally. The gate usually isn't working though, which sucks. |
