| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is a joke. First of all, their gated community is worthless. The gates never seem to work and even when they are working my car still got broken into. If you ever call to get service of anything, be careful, they'll hold it against you later on. When I moved in I had termits in my hall closet, my dishwasher didn't work on 3 seperate occations, my gate card didn't work a few times, I had ants in my daughter's room, and a few other things happened throughout the year that I had to call about. When my lease was up, they told me they weren't renewing my lease because I complained about too many things. Oh yes , and all the wonderful college students... Music and parties every weekend. And if you ever want to go for a night time swim, forget it! Unless you want a bunch of druck college kids all over you and your family.Needless to say , they are a joke. They hold it against you if you complain about anything, but yet they do nothing to help unless you complain.I wouldn't recommend this apt. to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | This way a horrible place to live.The model they showed us looked pretty decent, but when we got into ours it was a nightmare.There were cigarette butts all over the patio, oh and a used condom as well. The tub didn't drain and there was never any hot water.To make matters worse, we came home one day and our apartment had been broken into and all of our stuff stolen.The neighbors had about eight people too many living in the apartment and they were constantly noisy.Not to mention the cars pumping their bass from 7pm to 7am.I later found out that the place was had been remodeled and renamed after almost being shut down because of all the drug dealing. |

| Recent Review: | | First off Im originally from New York and let me start by saying this place is worse then Rikers Island. Between the drug dealers, loose pets, parentless roaming children and the puertorican prostatutes I feel like Im incarserated when I come home because I have to lock my door the moment I am in the house. And lets not forget theat each apartment comes with no less then 3 dead bolts standard. There is no such thing as Security unless you count the Cops who pass through once in a while to check up on office ONLY and accationally herrass thoes who fail to obey the Stop signs at the entrance (which is everyone). As for Maintaince... A sorry set of uncomplished green card holders as Ive ever seen. They never come when you call them and when they do they tell you what needs to be fixed but never do and then set a date in the far future and hope you forget. I have had it with this place... ive been here almost 6 months and I want to smack myself for ever moving here...you will too. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for a year.Every day I run into loose dogs, pitbulls, rottweilers, you name it. People let their dogs poop everywhere and when I nicely ask them to pick it up (it's the law!!!!!) I get verbally assaulted to the point that I had to call the police one time.Management won't do anything. They promise you a lot but nothing ever gets done around here.Take my advice and pass on this dump. It may look like a good deal, but trust me, you will want to spend an extra $50 to live somewhere save (especially if you are a female!!!!) |

| Recent Review: | | The complex is a dump, the laundry room is always dirty and things are always being stolen from there, and my license plate got stolen from my car. The staff is a pain. They seem to not know right from left.Parking was the worst. On 2 seperate occations, I was blocked into my parking place from another car parking illegally, and the complex said they couldn't do anything about it. I got fired from my job the second time, because I was 4 hours late for work and I had the keys to the office.I hated living there, the experience and I hated the apartment. |

| Recent Review: | | I been here for only 4 months and i have already been robbed. Half the neighborhood is involved with some sort of criminal activity. I am only waiting till my lease is up so i can get out of this hell hole. The management sucks they always send me eviction notices despite me paying my rent a month in advance every time and then blame it on a computer error. The overall upkeep is horrible, the gate has been broken since I have moved in, Landscaping is out of the question and the road is always covered with trash as people are too lazy to take it too the dumpster in the back.I hope no one makes the mistake of living at this dump. |

| Recent Review: | | The view is nice and I appreicate the new kitchens and bathrooms in some of the apartments and the landscape.The management appears to be nice, however they seem to "jump" or be a little hard on you for every minor in fraction, I would assume they have to at times, but for as small as the complex is, I figured the management would be a little more "in tuned" w/ who are good residents and who are not.The maintance seems to always be one step behind.Although the quality of the landscape seems to be in good order, the gates, doors, screen doors, paved areas and somethings within the apartment like the painting do not always seem to be in the best quality, or up keep. |
