| Recent Review: | | I just signed my lease for another year at Courtney Springs. I absolutely love it here! The staff has been more than helpful and the maintenance crew is very reliable. I have recommended these apartments to my friends and they have also been satisfied here. What a great find! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived in Golf Terrace for 2.5 years. I enjoy the atmosphere, nice and quiet almost peacefull at times. Although, whoever the electrical and phone installers were, they really had a screw loose. Bad job, shame on them. Other than that, I call it home. |

| Recent Review: | | Seville on the green has been by far the best apartment that I have ever lived in.The floor plans are great.The staff are awesome, and very helpful. The maintenance people are on top of all requests. It is a very peaceful and quiet community. I would highly reccommend this apartment to anyone who wants to have a wonderful home. |

| Recent Review: | | Shadow Creek used to look nice but now it's really crappy.I do not recommend this place as it's very run down looking now, the "lake" is almost empty, the gates are never working, the trash people hardly ever pick anything up unless it's in a certain type of bag, the people working here are really mean and snotty, and the residents have recently become loud and messy. |

| Recent Review: | | What can I say... I moved from Indiana to Winter Springs to go to school and moved into the 3 bedroom Magnolia upstairs apartment at Willa Springs. Some pros and cons are as follows: pros... quiet neighborhood, open floor plans, awesome amenities... cons... big complex (not as personal), most of the kids in the complex ride skateboards which the complex has taken action since complaints. All in all a great place to just get away from it all in a very busy city. |
