| Recent Review: | | The things I didnt like about the apartments are that the walls are cheaply painted, so if you put anything up, it will mess up the paint. The walls are cheaply made also... I say that because I tried to use it as a brace and my foot went through the wall with barely any force. When I had first moved in, someone had been shot and killed in the neighborhood, so I give it a F- in safety. And if youre anything like the rest of Georgians, you wont like the fact that all of the hispanic popualtion (that lived in the Redbarn mobile homes they plowed down to build those apartments) live there! |

| Recent Review: | | Outside apperance is magnificent....everything else is left to be desired.They lure you in with specials because they are never above 70% capacity then attempt to alter the lease.They have had a mold and mildew problem and it still exists....been on T.V.The management is fake......there is a difference between being professional and trying to be.The staff comes off with this attitude that they are all that and the bottom line is if they tried to qualify for one of these over priced apartments they would be denied.I would reccomend moving across the street versus renting one of these. |

| Recent Review: | | The appearance is nice, however, there is no security, and that means at the front gate or in the apartment.Ours was unrepaired for 1 1/2 years.Repairs remained undone.I know now why the rent was inexpensive.Space was good, not great.I wish I would have known how loud the premises were, although things are a bit better now.The management was unresponsive to any special requests. |
