| Recent Review: | | I lived in this apartment complex for 3 years.Very conveniently located and a fairly nice property.When I moved out they charged me $1000 for replacing the carpets throughout the whole apartment.The carpets was already 4 years oldits just easier for them to charge you for it than paying for it themselves.Be very carfull of Roberts Properties LP. and their apartments like Addisson Place!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I feel bad for the apartments when they get bad reviews.It's only when people are mad that they write something.Well I happen to be a happy tenant and enjoy living here.I moved in here December 10, 2003.Not every little thing was perfect but these are not brand new apartments and they fixed everything that wasn't to my liking.Since I have been here I have seen some staff changes but each time the transitions have been smooth and everyone is nice.I have referred 2 of my friends to live here and they paid me referral fees each time they moved in.It's sad people only say things when they are mad so I just wanted to take a minute to say something nice.It's a good affordable place to live in Alpharetta. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at the Preserve for three years. The walls are paper thin. The bedrooms touch... you see what I am getting at. A month into my 2nd year lease I had some neighbors who made loud amour for weeks and it ruined the remainder of my experience there. The walking in Deerfield is great and the fitness center is decent. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Stoneleigh almost 2 years now. When I moved in I made it perfectly clear that management was not to enter my apt. unless I was home. No problem whatsoever until new management took over. I called Terri (the new resident manager) yesterday to request work on my sliding screen on my patio. I specifically told her that I did not want maintenance to enter without my being there. She said no problem, that maintenance could meet me there the following day (today) when I would be there on my lunch hour-1:15 to 2:15. At 2pm I called the office, no answer, I called twice more and no answer. At 5:00 I called on my way home and Terri answered. She stated that she thought that maintenance had entered at 3pm and fixed the problem. I reminded her that she had said he would meet me there, as not to enter when I wasn't home. She asked that I hold while she rang the guy. She put me on hold and never came back! I called her back, she said he had entered and that he didn't know he wasn't supposed to. I stated that she had written up the work order and that we had specifically discussed that I would be there for him to come in. I asked if she would like a stranger coming into her house when she wasn't home - she ignored this and asked if I was aware that the property had been sold. I asked if that meant service was going to be this poor from now on. The woman started literally screaming at me!!--at which point I hung up. I called back 4 times, and no one answered! The fifth time, I got the answering machine. Like I said, I have lived here for almost two years, happily, but Ms. Terri has guaranteed that this resident, who has never once been late with rent and who has a statement in her file that no one is to enter when I am not home, will be moving ASAP. I pay this kind of money for strangers to enter my home and be yelled at by the resident manager? I think not, and the new owners need to hire a professional, not a liability, who realizes this isn't public housing and one does not scream at residents. |
