| Recent Review: | | I have lived in Aspen for a year and I will have renewed for next year as well. I know that there are nicer apartments around Athens, but Aspen is clean and very affordable. Aspen is closer to campus than most other complexes which allows me to sleep in a little bit longer. The office staff are much firendlier and more organized than the old management. There have been some things go wrong with my apartment, but the maintenance staff is good to address these issues within a day or two. Aspen also is surrounded by scenic woods which is nice considering all of the urban development in the area. I have enjoyed my time at Aspen and would reccommend it to friends. |

| Recent Review: | | Athens Realty does not care about their apartments. You ask for something to be fixed in your home and they take down your number and address, say they will call you, but never do until you call aout 10 times. their apartments have lots of bugs and they do lousy pest control. |

| Recent Review: | | We were so excited when we found this "huge, quiet apartment" (landlady's words) close to the University.Then we noticed the dirt: a day of cleaning for the bathroom/closets, 2 window tracks had to be cleaned before the windows would open... Then it began: balcony parties at 2am on a weeknight (what about work?what about studies?).This happened at least once every 2 weeks, sometimes twice weekly.While living there we had 2 small maintenance problems that were both fixed within 24 hours, so no problems there.Each apartment has a reserved parking spot, but it's often filled by other tenants or other visitors or football fans, so it's basically worthless.Summary: old, dirty, loud, expensive.Weren't accepted to a fraternity but want to pretend?Live here. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment is expensive, noisy, and violates privacy.After having been here for two years, I am finally moving out.thank the man upstairs for that.My car has been scratched because of students who do not respect other people's property, had a used condom thrown at my car with sperm still inside of it, and much much more.Also, there have been outside contractors that college park hired who would use the student's utensils at will, take a crap in our restrooms, and just overall violate our privacy.It is also an expensive place with electric bills skyrocketing.I would not recommend this place at all if you are a grad student or a serious undergrad who wishes to study.I often wonder if this is becoming another Abbey West full of potential college drop outs. |

| Recent Review: | | Current management of High Ridge is extremely strict. Your rent is due by the 3rd or you owe a 10% late fee and by the 10th or you owe the late fee plus a $200 court fee for filing an eviction notice. There are no exceptions and no leniency. This is done the 1st time and every time you are late past the 10th.However, the maintenance is kept up, the apartments are large and the residents are quiet. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for roughly 10 days...When I moved in I noticed that there were significant leaks in the windows- through the molding...and the locks had not been changed- so many other things my hands tire to typethe office staff lacks courtesy and professionalism- in fact they have not responded to 2 written complaints and requests to remedy problems- not a phone call- nothingthey are rude- unless you're ready to sign a lease...I spoke with a girl that was facing eviction while renting a basement apartment from Ivey.They claimed that she was pouring grease down the drain and it ruined the septic tank which caused the flooding in her house...complete BS...the girls doesn't even cook- and guess what- she was there for less than 3 months...thats a ton of grease..the kicker..Mr. Ivey's son lived upstairs...mmmmm, maybe he likes grease but can do no wrong?STAY AWAY!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!! IVEY IS POISON!!!! |
