| Recent Review: | | If are you are thinking about this complex, I would NOT recommend it?Now if you are looking for an apartment that is not expensive but can deal with mold and water leaks then this is not a bad place at all.Unfortunately, I found out about the problems after signing the lease. I am sure the staff knew about the issues but in order to generate additional revenue they leased out the apartment after spraying a little bleach on the mold and then painting over it. This is highly unethical.If anyone would like to see pictures of the problems please email me at jaskiuno@yahoo.com.Also, if you ever expect the property manager or the regional manager to compensate you for a loss due to the leaks or mold, forget it.They believe that it is not their headache. Completely disgusting, unprofessional, and unethical.In fact, one night I was parking my car to go inside and I ran into a gentleman who would park in a corner b/c he had his motorcyle and his car stolen for the complex. If you can deal with this type of issue, then this is a great complex.Let's see, Water leaks (that the staff knows about), mold issues, deceptive staff (some will actually lie to save their ass), Mold (great for your health, right?), and missing vehicles (according to others).If you can deal with this and don't mind, then I would recommend the complex. |
