| Recent Review: | | This building is in a great location, possibly one of the best in midtown, and it has some awesome views if you get a good apartment, but the joy stops there.The whole building smells like piss, the staff is rude, the parking garage sucks, the building is older than Plymouth Rock and the water/air are always on the fritz.This is a good place to live if you live a wild life style full of dirty casual sex because all the floors look the same so the johns or janes you bring home won't be able to remember how to get back to your room after you throw them out at 3 o'clock in the morning. |

| Recent Review: | | This is definately not even fit for the dogs.The property is always dirty, someone threw up in the gym and it took a week before anyone cleaned it up.The noise is unberable.If you are looking to get a good night's sleep, do not look this way.The residents that have moved in stay up all night and there is extremely loud music playing and the noise from the street is unberable... sirens all night long.In short, my suggestion would be to run, run far away from the place. |

| Recent Review: | | Top notch staff. Good maintainence people too. Its mostly younger people and can hear people in the hallways whether you want to or not. The only bad thing is the pool loses the sun at 4PM because its in the center of the complex. Price is a little high but security is good. |

| Recent Review: | | As a NYC native, I recently moved into 1016 Lofts and I love it. Management has been extremely accomodating to me and has made my move effortless. I am often approached in the courtyard by residents who obviously have an "ax to grind". Please, you are talking to someone who lived in the meat packing district in NYC. This is the real world! Move to suburbs for GOD'S sakes if you don't like it. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in the spring creek apartments when it was still AMLI from 2003- 2004. It was wonderful when I was there. Quiet peaceful, and so on. I would deffinatly move back there. I mean all apartments have their issues, but this one wasn't bad at all. Better than were I moved after my lease was up. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Spring Creek Apartments (formally AMLI at Spring Creek) for one year.I love the complex and my apartment.New neighbors moved upstairs, they work nights and are very heavy walkers.I complained to the assistant manager of the complex about the noise level. She bent over backwards to try to resolve the situation.I would recommend Spring Creek Apartments to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | I have had nothing but problems in this complex. 1st the complex handyman botched up an electrical repair in my 1st building and caused a fire that spread to my apartment and ruined two others. I was out on the street and had to fight the apartment complex to move into another unit. I moved in a week laterto another unit on the middle section of the apt, one that was obviously of lower calibre. It was obvious that they saved the good apts for the viewable units (my first was one of those) b/c the rest of the complex was a mess. Service in slow and rude and the lease is unclear and subject to change at any point. There is no security at all. The gate that they installed is always broken. In fact, it has been out of order for over a month. This complex, while it has relatively spacious floor plans, is overpriced for the area. It runs for almost 6-700+ dep. on floor plan while the surrounding complexes which have some extra amenities (ie a pool, fitness center, children's center) cost much less and, in some cases, look just as nice or better. I also discovered that the complexdoes not change the carpet for every new tenant! I am so glad to get out of here! |
