| Recent Review: | | I like the apartment itself, but management is very bad.They are condescending, defensive, and impossible to work with.The pool is nice.The workout facility is old and small with outdated equipment.Parking is pretty good, but the entrance with the gate is usually a mess with so many cars coming/going in a small space.Sound travels very easily - and it gets old hearing people talk all the time.The nicest maintenace man in the world works here - always waves, has bones for dogs, etc - if only everyone else who works there could adopt his personality! |

| Recent Review: | | PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THE "FREE RENT" AND NO DEPOSIT GIMICK, THEY WILL TRICK YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU ARE MOVING INTOA NICE APT THE ONES BELOW THE LEASING OFFICE, WHICHYOU REALLY MOVE INTO THE BRENTWOOD HEIGHT WHICH IN MY CASE I MOVED IN A MONTH DUE TO DRUG ACTIVITY, SHOOTINGS, AND AN APT THAT WAS FULL OF ROACHES AND THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE!!!I EVEN REQUESTED TO MOVE INTO ANOTHER APT AND NOBODY COULD DO THAT..... LETS NOT TALK ABOUT MAINTENECE. |

| Recent Review: | | We just moved in a month ago and so far we are very comfortable here and pleased with the apartment and complex in general.The location is excellent (close to major routes, across the street from Target, etc).The noise from traffic can be a bit much.Parking isn't a problem; there always seems to be a space available near our apt all the time.Our neighbors are friendly; likewise the office staff. Maintenance problems were fixed promptly, and the apt was immaculate when we arrived.The pool, fitness center and laundry facilities are well maintained and the grounds are well kept, attractive.Very little noise from other apartments noticeable.We shopped around as best we could in our limited time and feel that we got a fair rate for the area and a lovely place to start out here in Atlanta. |

| Recent Review: | | This apt complex is located in a great area and located close to everything including the highways, mall, downtown, buckhead, great restaurants. The living room is huge in the larger one bedroom.The cons are that unless you're in one of the selected few apartments, there is minimal sunlight. | Recent Review: | | people shot guns off here & the cops don't come in tell its tolate. every other month you get a crime report from the management telling you about crimes that have being committed here. if you want to score some drugs like crack,step over burnt spoons , needles & crack pips (from the darling) thenmove here. im not tring to be mean but maybe this will be a wake up callto the management!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Don't get me wrong - the place looks great.It's brand new and looks really good, except every negative thing posted so far is true.Yes, the management is nice... at first.And yes, there was a VERY BAD ant problem when I first moved in October.Right now, the main issue of me is noise.The ceilings/floors are paper thin.It's unbelievable actually.I can hear drawers opening, conversations, vacuuming - and this is all at "normal" levels.But, without soundproofing, "normal" is annoying when you want quiet.I'm not renewing.If you decide to live here, make sure to get a top-floor corner unit, otherwise, don't bother (or invest in some ear plugs). |

| Recent Review: | | The property manager, Pat Shepard, is very, very lazy. It takes about a week to never to get an appliance fix. The noise of the train will keep you up all night. People from the surrounding neighborhood will come and use the facilities' grounds more then you. If you want to live here and pay almost $1,000 for nothing, go head! |
