| Recent Review: | | If you want a good location on a tight budget its for you.They did have a time when quite a few of the residents were not so great but many of them seem to have been moving out recently.Some parts of the complex are like a little Mexico but then you go to another and its all BMWs and luxury cars.Its an interesting mix of people.The gates haven't worked in months, but after a recent (like 2 days ago) conversation with the leasing office, it turns out that the owner not the management company is the one holding up the fixing of the gates.They worked up until some idiot hit them and then they were struck by lighting.(These I remember because I lived here when that happened.)I've done some searching for more info on the shootings and I personally can't find it.So I'm guessing that's just speculation.Yes, Dekalb county has made some drug arrests in the complex, but every complex has their drug users (even upper class complexes, I've lived in those too and have seen the same thing.)Its not terrible and for the price its a good buy.Its great for dog owners, plenty of places to walk your dog.I haven't found anything as cheap as my current rent in the area where the management was better than my management here.There seems to be a lack of good management in the entire city, so no matter where you go you might have a problem with the managment. |

| Recent Review: | | Terrible terrible apartment complex.Good luck if you ever have anything wrong with your apartment because the management will do nothing but give you excuses and get defensive.Generally most of the time they will take responsibility for absolutely nothing.We've had numerous issues, from water leaks to mold to god knows what else.Rent may be cheap but you get even less than what you paid for.Stay clear.We're moving, in a hurry. |

| Recent Review: | | This is very bad place in terms of management...After you sign the lease the staff treat you like "unwanted people" who live in their apt because of their mercy. I had the worst experience with this lady (Haleema) who talk crazy and get angry when you report complaints...Really bad management for a housing community. Problem of ants and other bugs, high-way noise, wandering pets, high water and gas bills etc get only second priority when compared to the stupid staff here |

| Recent Review: | | Within a month of moving in here, I had two safety issues:a man climbing down my balcony at 1am and a person who followed me up from Ponce and into the apartment complex.This area is still somewhat transitional and I did not have much sympathy from the management.I left as soon as I could because I did not feel safe.Plus, the view isn't all that great, and the complex feels closer to 4th ward than the Highlands, so it is more sterile and does not have a good neighborhood vibe.You won't see much of your neighborhors as everyone keeps their windows shut and blinds closed.Other problems:-Plan to give 60 day notices-You cannot sublet-If you break you lease, plan to loose your deposit and pay an extra month's rent, which they don't tell you until you sign-Lots of apartment rules that are almost worse than homeowner associations-The onsite washer and dryer are overpricedOverall, if you value originality, your money, a neighborhood feel, anti-corporate America and your safety, don't move in. |

| Recent Review: | | Ok, The apartment is huge, and the rent is not. It's sorta shabby on the outside, but it's an old complex. The insides are drab, but as far as decorating goes your options are wide open! Decent sized rooms, my unit has a gigantic screened in balcony, perfect for entertaining. The entire community is friendly, no pissy neighbors, and they are good about pooper scooping after their dogs. |

| Recent Review: | | *** Please dont join ***Leasing officers are cheaters. Terrible maintenance. They say apartment complex is newly built but it has got hell lot of problems. School kids do sex in laundry room.I joined a month ago and I gave 7 complaints in a month. Its not worth for the money you give.problems:1) Cockroaches come from bath tub.2) Bath tub has got dent and water stays(does not drain out)3) Water leakage problems with wash basin4) Carpet is not clean5) school boys & girls live in this complex do sex in the laundry room. We cannot go in laundry room or fitness center after 7:00 pm. You will see it as a brothel house after 7:00 pm. I complained but no action.6) one leasing offer says they can hold apartment for 10 days for you whereas other says 14 days. They try to cheat you to make you join asap.If you still have any doubts, you can come and talk to me. I live in apt #528. |
