| Recent Review: | | Where should I begin.1- the water bill is out of hand. for one person the bill averages 38.00 to as much as $50.00 per month.2- Staff is very unprofessional. They treat you like king/Queen before you sign the lease, but once you do, they treat you like sh@# and let you wait SEVERAL DAY before they fix any problem that you have in the apartment.3-The apartments are too old, you can hear your neighboor upstair and downstair. 24/7.4- The apartments are not well built and due to this, expect your electrical bill to be around $100 per month. during winter. |

| Recent Review: | | The people in the leasing office have been wonderful. The apartments are nicely laid out, the location is great, and maintenance has been quick to respond when there was a problem. Only problem I have had is an electric bill that has ranged from $100-180 per month. Must be something with the glass wall in the living room. I suggest you check with Georgia Power about the power history of your potential apartment before signing a lease. Other than that, Kudos to this complex. |

| Recent Review: | | I have been living there for almost 3 years. The first apartment I live in flooded because of the rain. They supposely fix the problem, but my white oak wood furiture toke all the damage. It was 3 months after the fact that they moved me into a better apartment. I ask mangement to substract the amount of the moving truck, the reconnection fee for all the bills from the rent, they told me that they could not do that. Then i had the biggest roaches you will ever see in your life. I would be seating on the couch and the roach was on my arm watching T.V with me.I would not care if the rent was 200.00 a month, you can not paid me to live there again. |

| Recent Review: | | i moved in jan 2004...one month later i was almost killed by a drug-dealer speeding around the parking lot. i have found "drug baggies" all over, the noise and people hanging out and loitering in the parking lots and lobby are way too much. also there is fast turn-over of concierge, and leasing staff. Parking is bad, and now even worse since the towers took away many parking spots to the inns...so we have 32 visitor parking spots for >600 apartments and condos. I also had roaches for many months from my neighbors, but they were good about helping me get rid of those. I am moving out in july and never, ever gonna look back. |

| Recent Review: | | I strongly recommend that you don't rent here.Controlled access, yeah right, the gates are broken all the time.one of our cars was stolen from the lot, a shooting occurred last month and six people were arrested.management is consistently changing, and the only thing you can count on about the management and employees is that they will be rude and unhelpful. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in this appartment 3years and things were not as Hell as they are now.The new management is sweet and very nice but I wonder if she's doing enough criminal screening and background check on the applicants. It is getting crowded and cars get broken into every week. I had my husband's and my car broken into in a row. I discussed it with a neighbor who had his car broken also and told me to not be surprised about cars because they have started breaking into apartments. Meldow, cacoraches and any crowling insects tend to live here oF free rent.Terrible experinece!!Please don't move here even for free. I regret I didn't wake up soon enough but never too late. |

| Recent Review: | | The inside of the apartments are beuatiful. The leasing office was a complete disaster with all of the leasing agents rude and unhelpful. In a period of one year there were 8 cars stolen, 4 separate occassions where tenants were held up at gun point by different assailants, the fire alarm goes off once a week at 4:00am until 8:00am, there is never a sense of safety, there has never been an occassion that someone moving out received there deposit back and on top of the high rent, if maintenance comes to your apartment they charge you. Overall a miserable experience. |

| Recent Review: | | We have lived in this complex for almost two years. It was great the first year but then break ins started happening (at least one a week). first it was into cars, then apartments. In August of last year a man shot his girlfriend and himself in the parking lot in broad daylight! Since the beginning of this year more than ten apartments have been broken into. the only thing management has done is send out the same form letter telling us we need to be more careful (thanks for the help). Nothing has been done to beef up security, people try to follow you through the gate and recently I had someone follow me through and cuus me out because I went to slow (sorry to incovenience someone who doesnt live here). nightly we get to hear who has the loudest stereo in their car shortly before they race throught the complex. The latest fun is that the new residents let their dogs run free and got to the bathroom on the sidewalk and leave it for the maintenence guys. cant wait to get out of this overpriced dump. We are out of here as soon as our lease is up! |
