| Recent Review: | | I loved this apartment this is why I stayed 10 years. For the past three years there has been a roach problem that the apartment complex cannot seem to get rid of. I can no longer continue to pay 773.00 per month and live with these roaches. The type of pest control they use is a joke. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in Wildwood Gables for 18 months. There are several things that I would like to make any potential resident aware of.1. My neighbor's apartment was robbed. The are several hoodlums always roaming around the complex, spray painting trees, causing a ruckus, etc.2. A man exposed himself to my girlfriend at the pool. Although this happened to several people, the apartment complex did nothing about this.3. There is a fugitive hiding out in the apartment below me. The police have come looking for this guy and have asked me and all of my neighbors to call them when we see him.There are several other reasons why this is not a good place to live. Let me list them: Incompenent staff, dog poop everywhere, brown water from sinks and showers, and just run down in general. Most of the apartments are over 25 years old and it shows.Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. |

| Recent Review: | | Windsor at Buchead community was great when i moved about 2 years ago.It was nice and safe,management was super fast and leasing office worked 7 days a week with very nice and responsible personal in it. Maintenance responded quickly and got things fixed same or next day.Since then management has changed (in Aug 2004) with a small notice for all residents.Sorry to say that leasing office personal is not responsible at all (looks like they don't care about your problem even though say that they'll fix it soon which does not happen unless you are willing to call them daily and remind about your problem), can't reach them by phone sometimes during business hours, never return your call, they can't fix my apartment problem for over 2 weeks, garbage place has not been cleaned for a while (they say it's because garbage company did not show up on scheduled date), etc.... Even though the rent had gone down, it has given a way sketchy people to moving in. Complex does not seam to be safe any longer, parking lot is dirty and apartment complex itself does not look as good as used to be with previous management.Location remains to be just great with many restaurants and shops around. Layout of most apartments is great too, kitchen is large, but these are the only advantages to be a resident of this complex if you are willing to deal with low experienced property manager and property manager's assistant in case of any questions.The community has lost all class. Glad to move out soon....Apartment business is so competitive now, so i don't worry to find higher rate complex for the same money in Buckhead area! |
