| Recent Review: | | The apartments are absolutely gorgeous. It is a brand new community so everything is nice, however, dealing the ATC development was a pain. The first week we moved in we had a list of problems we needed fixed. After about a month and a half they were finally finished. Maintenace had to come back time after time and fix the same problems they had supposedly fixed the first time. Also, whenever I had a question about something, the office staff was very rude and not very helpful. I will never rent from ATC development again. You can always find a good apartment, it's a good leasing staff that really makes the difference. |

| Recent Review: | | Minimal coverage insurance.That's what this place reminds me of.We've all seen the cheap commercials, get cheap insurance with minimal required coverage.Roof over your head and appliances, that's about it for this place. The pool is okay: they do make it livable if you want to stay at the pool 24/7 or the office. |

| Recent Review: | | I've been living at Madison On The Green for about a year 1/2 and its horrible , to start with a few things of why I hate it here is the workmanship , they haven't even repaired these leaks between my carpter. I have 2 leaks and every time it rains the carptet becomes wet and attracts these Milipede fucks! If I could leave I would but im just a poor fuck living off of disability money and was treated like shit all my life. Hell you even see Sluggs , Spiders , Roaches , Milepedes , Pinchers etc. I do not ever recommend anyone living in these unsanitized apartments. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived here for six months and these people kept calling me by the wrong name and sending me mail with important information about my lease with the name of the previous owner on it, therefore i never looked at the mail and missed a lot of important information that they held against me when i wanted to move out. The apartments themselves were pretty nice, but dealing with the faculty is a hassel. They always seem to find some reason why you owe them more money. |
