| Recent Review: | | The management here is so weak.They are a bunch of idiots.The Big Boss is a polyester wearing helmet head with a nazi brain.She makes sure that everyone knows that she can do whatever she wants.Her staff hates her and talks about her all the time but they are scared of her.One of them has been written up 14 or 15 times just for standing up to her.If you live here you just avoid her.Security is Robocop, big lady in burgandy shirt who runs around making sure that tvs aren't too loud.She will stop and ask you if you live here and tell you that you have to leave.In other words, if you live here you can't have any guests.BOY DO I FEEL SAFE. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for 2 years and I am moving!!I pay 699.The people moving in now pay 680,but yet they are raising my rent if I resign to 730.A tennant who actually pays rent and doesnt cause trouble.But the trash gets a better deal.I have to park a football field away.the man across the hall stabbed 2 cops last week.The only way to get anything done is to tell the maintnence your self the office sure doesnt do anything.watch the staff .then there is the tennant across the way who was sleeping with a very minor male child and publicly arguing with another vry minor female child calling her a slutbecause she liked the boy in whom SHE was sleeping with(this woman is almost 30 with a kid older than this boy)SO IN OTHER WORDS IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN DO NOT MOVE HERE!! and that was just a few examples.in the winter it is always cold in the main bedroom and hot in the summer due to the way that the ventalation is set up...this is very annoying ,not to mention that the thermostats dont really work right .They have a mind of thier own.People do not supevise thier children either.I have found foot prints on the hood of one of our cars .Handprints are a normal thing.I have even had bouts of adults sitting on my car that I have confronted several times...that doesnt help.So like I said if you like scum trash being penalised for being a respectable tennant,adults having relations with minors crime walking a football field to get to your apartment,being hot in the summer and cold in the winter , morons for office staff and people having total disreguard for your property please feel free to sighn up today!!! |
