| Recent Review: | | This place sucks. They have this gate that's always broken. People get their cars broken into, the rent goes up wayyyy too much after the last is up. They only give one key to the gate and the pool is small and dirty. They tennis court isn't maintained. There have been of couple of people get killed in apartments recently. There have been two bad fires also since I've lived here. They never fix anything. The bug guy just put that sticky black crap everywhere! Stay far away from this place and you're ok. |

| Recent Review: | | If you are looking for the best value on the southside defintely rent at Kimberly Forest. They offer Month to Month Leases with great looking units with a lot of space in them. They have very caring maintenance and Management Staff. The Community is a very safe and quiet place some other communities in and aroung this area is not but I would highly reccomend anyone to live here they watch out for all their Residents. I Love living here. |

| Recent Review: | | Lots of space for college students. Low rent but neighborhood is not all that. Apartments down the hill are crime invested and you never know when it might come your way! Other than that if you like that kind of action go for it. |
