Recent Review: If you love noise and kids running through and around the outside of your doors and windows, Hilltop Apartments is the place for you.There is neverending noise, unruly children in my building bouncing basketballs, leaving trash everywhere and making as much noise as they most possible can upstairs while you are tying to sleep or just rest downstairs.OH HAPPY DAY will be my phrase when I finally find another place to live..
