| Recent Review: | | The management of this apartments is awful. They promised quick repairs and courteous service.I was a good tenant that paid rent every month on time. I was never loud and I never caused any problems. What I got in return?I was threatened by another tenant.I was threatened by the maintenance man.The managment treated my requests like they were uncommon and difficult.The apartment was hot in the summer - cold in the winter.I had a serious mold problem.Dirty water leaked from upstairs into my bathtub.I had a hole in my ceiling for 4 months.The choice is yours, but I would never ever live there again. I would also never recommend this property to anyone - not even my worst enemy! |

| Recent Review: | | I have a very large one bedroom with hardwood floors. The community is small and the office staff is really nice! The price is very good an the location is great! Marta stops in front of the property, and 285 and 85 is less than 5 mins away. |

| Recent Review: | | Apt was not move in ready. I was promised a paint job but they delayed 3 mo until Christmas was coming and I couldn't handle it. Everything was unpacked by then. Only the carpet had been cleaned.Otherwise it's in the woods which is great in hot weather. My granddaughters love the squirrels and birds. |
