| Recent Review: | | This apartment is basically a slum, overflowing trash cans, roaches, poor maintenance and violent crime. It is not a good place for children, however alcoholics, crack-heads, criminals, and underachievers will love it here. There are similarly priced apartments in the Atlanta metro area that are a much better choice for low-income, and working-class families. |

| Recent Review: | | from the outside the apartment looks nice. the inside living space is small, in my eyes, in my apartment we have a firplace which is apealling, the floors are unleveled, the kitchen needs work i.e. the dishwasher parts are falling and the sink has leaking issues, the water pressure is low, the response of maintenance for the apartment is terrible,and i have to walk tem mintues to the more efficent bus line; plus there are times where to bus would operate very poorly i.e. reach my bus stop late which in turn makes me late for work. |

| Recent Review: | | I love living here! The managment(equity) is the best you will find. They are helpful and friendly all the time. The maintenace is great. They come whenever you need them to and they aren't affaid of spending money when it comes to repairing something. It is really nice living in a place where I can depend on the people who manage the property. |
