| Recent Review: | | If you like a beautiful view, get an apartment facing the interior of the complex, where it's very wooded and you can imagine your apartment in the middle of a forest.Apartments facing the parking lot let you people watch, but otherwise the view is really lacking.Don't get a place close to the dumpster...which really smells.The management staff has changed a couple of times since I've been here.Nowadays, because of the housing market, they're VERY flexible and will let you negotiate shorter leases etc..Lately the grounds haven't been keep as clean as previously.Pot holes have also been left unfixed.Each aparment building has its own washer & dryer downstairs, which is very convenient.Rent tends to be much cheaper compared to apartments just inside the I-285 Atlanta perimeter (the apartment is located on Pleasantdale Rd., just 1 highway exit outside of the perimeter) |

| Recent Review: | | They have a great staff. They are under new management and really trying hard to please and satisfy the residents. Case in point, I made 2 requests on Saturday and they were completed by Monday night when I returned home. I really like Carla. She's awesome. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for 2 years. Gables was managing this complex until PCM took over.The calibre of people have went downhill.Plus the property manager (Belinda) doesn't care about the tenents.She refuses to speak with any tenents regarding issues.Where is the professionalism?The property is very dirty, the dumpster is always overflowed with trash.This promotes pest and other rodents.The fitness center is a disaster and very unsanitary.Oh and the residents from Cameron Brook use Wood Terrace facilites (from the dumpster to the pool) and there is SUPOSSED to have access code to gain entry. YEAH RIGHT!!!!! The place is a headquarters for illegal immigrants and ex-convicts.STAY AWAY!!!!! |
