 I got a great deal on this 2-bedroom apt. The pools are usually cleaned and the landscaping is always at work, keeping the area really nice. I even see them out there when its about to rain. The hallways are always well lit. The management may be a bit slow on complaints, but the maintenance crew is fast. The gym has TVs so you can watch while you burn calories, there are pilate classes given twice a week for free and the management tries to keep in touch by monthly newsletters and socials.There hasn't been too much problems that I have heard of and I feel pretty safe here. I was a referral and have referred a couple here.The downsides are: gates are usually open because some idiot who does not belong here rammed it and management usually takes awhile to fix it. There is only one dumpster for the property and often times filled, the pools are locked during the day, the jacuzzi bubbles but is not hot, the excerise equipments do not all work, and careless tenants must be reminded to clean up after their pets, but this has become rare since McDaniel Farm Park just opened up next door.
