 This place irritates me.The Jacuzzi has never worked for 4 years now.There is crime all the time.They raised the rent on us even after being there for a long time, not to mention we have never been late on rent and we have never had any complaints on us.The gates are ALWAYS broken...the gym treadmills are always broken.And the worst part of all...the electric company they use, Viterra or Ista (same company) rips you off on your electric bill.I have seen cheaper electric bills owning a house. It's ridiculous.It's like average of $130.00 a month....and I am a very conservative person with my bills.
